All members of Nacional’s Fitness Studio must abide by the rules that are declared by the management. BFS reserves the right to make necessary amendments. Members will be notified of the changes done through email or through the info sheets posted around the studio.
Every member is entitled to receive a non transferable membership card. This should be presented to the reception area. In case you lose your membership card, you can get a new one by filing up the form that we will provide. Any proven misuse of the membership, or breech of the rules imposed by BFS would result to the cancellation of the account.
Children under the age of 14 years are not permitted access to the fitness gym. Children aged 14-16 years may access the gym during 'Teen' programmed activities.
Users must have received a full induction into the use of the equipment prior to using the facilities. Records of these will be kept on site and a copy given to each customer for their own records.
Users should dress appropriately at all times, which must include shirts / vests.
During busy periods use of the cardiovascular equipment is limited to 15 minutes on any one piece of equipment.
Members are advised to bring a sweat towel and a water bottle to ensure sufficient fluid is consumed.
Members must wipe down machines after use.
In case you leave your items in the studio, take note that it will only be accommodated by the reception area for 6 weeks. If left unclaimed, these items will be disposed.
For the purpose of maintaining the cleanliness of the studio, the following practices are highly discouraged
BFS provides more than 50 lockers for its customers. We are not liable for any loss, damage or theft of your personal belongings stored in these lockers. At the end of your session you are required to empty the locker that you have used. Any items left unclaimed will be held in the reception area for 6 weeks. Beyond this designated period, we will dispose them.
